Return & Refund Policy

(1)  Return:

-     General: You may return unused and unopened items in their original packaging within seven days of delivery.

-     Exceptions: In certain circumstances, specific products may not be eligible for returns due to particular reasons. For further clarification, we invite you to communicate with us at crystalaurajewels11@gmail.com.

-     Wrong Items:  In the accidental event that an incorrect product is delivered, you are entitled to receive a full refund, inclusive of the original shipping costs.

-     Return Shipping: We understand that returning items can be inconvenient. Please note that you will only be responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it is incorrect .

 

 

(2)  Refund:

-     Method: Refunds will be processed utilizing the initial payment method and credited to the corresponding bank account.

-     Refund Duration: We understand the importance of receiving your refund promptly. Upon receiving the returned products, we aim to process refunds within ten business days. Please keep in mind that the time for refund processing may vary based on order complications.

 

 

(3)  Exchange:

-     Damaged Products: In the event of receiving a damaged product, rest assured that it is promptly eligible for exchange. We kindly request that you reach out to us immediately at crystalaurajewels11@gmail.com. Our commitment lies in facilitating an exchange for the same item at our expense, including return shipping.

-  It is essential to note that we do not dispatch damaged items; however, damage may occur during the shipment of the products.

 

 

(4)  Cancellation:

-     We understand that sometimes unexpected situations may arise, and you may need to cancel your confirmed orders. We kindly ask you to share your reasons for the cancellation, and we will do our best to review your cancelled orders within 24 hours and issue your refunds promptly.

* We may ask you to provide proof of purchase.

* Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and unopened.

* We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges which do not meet the above criteria.

* If we suspect fraudulent activities during the return of the items, you are responsible for the legal action taken, and no refund will be issued for the products.
